4-H Club

The mission of Georgia 4-H is to assist youth in acquiring knowledge, developing life skills, and forming attitudes that will enable them to become self-directing, productive and contributing members of society. This mission is accomplished, through “hands on” learning experiences, focused on agricultural and environmental issues, agriculture awareness, leadership, communication skills, foods and nutrition, health, energy conservation, and citizenship.

Boy Scouts of Northeast Georgia

Teaches leadership, citizenship, physical and mental fitness and self-esteem.

Circle of Hope

Circle of Hope's mission is to support, empower and bring hope to those affected by domestic violence through advocacy, awareness, education and community partnerships.

Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center brings together services and activities that educate, develop skills and promote families; increasing their capacity to be healthy, involved members of dynamic communities.

Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia

Habersham Christian Learning Center is a non-denominational, non-profit, community-based educational service organization that teaches Christian ethics, morals, and values to high school students during their school day by sharing God's truths in love for passion and purpose throughout life.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children is a community-based program that recruits, trains and supports citizen-volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in courtrooms and communities.

Power House for Kids

FAITH's Power House Child Advocacy & Sexual Assault Center provides free and confidential services for individuals and family members affected by child abuse and sexual assault.

Bridging Hope

Rape Response serves as a system of support, advocacy, and education, providing services to the community and survivors of sexual assault (ages 13 and older) while safeguarding the dignity of each person served.

Red Cross NE Georgia Chapter

Blood services, disaster relief, service to military families, health and education services.

Sharing and Caring

Sharing and Caring is an ecumenical, cooperative Christian Ministry of concern and services to meet the needs of the poor, the hungry, the abused, the oppressed and those who have none to care for them in Habersham County.

Volunteers for Literacy develops and supports literacy programs in Habersham County that will empower people to lead more productive and fulfilling lives.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier helps kids and teens achieve great futures by providing a fun, safe and encouraging environment made just for them.
